By accessing or using AI Academy Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You agree not to share your account with others or create multiple accounts. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
AI Academy offers three subscription tiers:
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
All course content, including text, images, quizzes, and interactive exercises, is the property of AI Academy (operated by EmbedAI) and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any course material without written permission.
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a learning track. Certificates are verifiable through our platform and represent completion of the associated coursework. They are not accredited academic degrees or professional licenses.

AI Academy Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to ensure content is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmbedAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease, but we will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
